SMALL FLOWS - FOCUS ON LEGIONELLA
The 42 and 84 models have been developed specially to decrease highly evasive Legionella bacteria in water systems. The products are based on Wallenius AOT, a chemical-free technology, which has been tested at the Vitens laboratories in the Netherlands. It meets the strict new BRL K14010-1/01 guidelines issued by Dutch quality assurance agency KIWA. The Vitens laboratories’ tests prove that the powerful free radicals created by the Wallenius AOT 42 and 84 are even effective against Legionella bacteria which live inside amoebas.
The choice between models 42 and 84 is determined by the degree of contamination in the water and the desired degree of purification.
Installation:
The product is connected to the system with G 1”, G 1 1/4” connection. An outlet from the control box makes it possible to connect to an alarm function or a monitoring system.
Installation to be made by authorized personnel.
Service and maintenance:
Maintenance is uncomplicated thanks to the straightforward design and durable, corrosion-resistant materials. Maintenance is limited to the regular cleaning of light sources and quartz glass and the replacement of light sources after 9,000 hours of operation.
