What the 3D UV curing technology does

The unique chamber reflects UV light from any light source in all directions and this creates a homogeneous irradiation of complex as well as simple parts.

1. Works with any UV and UV LED light source who enters the VelaCure 3D curing chamber.

2. All UV rays come from diffuse reflections off the chamber walls and all part surfaces are treated and cured simultaneously.

3. With the 3D exposure geometry in the chamber, all part surfaces are uniformly surrounded.

Because UV light is the same anywhere in the chamber, we can measure the exact does your product receives in real time. This takes away uncertainty of lamp degradation, positioning of lamps and rotation of parts is no longer needed. Operators benefit, because the chamber is sealing the light inside, so there is no need for operators to be protected with further initiatives towards shielding from UV light.
