Great interest in our innovative ICAD® technology and UV LED in production
Our ICAD® technology enables total control of the UV process during production and is therefore the missing link for intelligent UV lines, which are self-controlling as well as compatible with Industry 4.0.
ICAD® enables inline and automated power level adjustment for a uniform and specific power distribution over the full UV LED array and offers the benefit of continuous monitoring during production. It increases quality, uptime and potentially reduce scrap and rework, all while saving energy and eliminating ozone and mercury.
ICAD® is an integrated part in our UV LED solution called W-LED – the optimized solution for the wood processing industry.
